- Any personally identifiable information
3. How We Use Your Data
Submitted data is aggregated and published anonymously to:
- Calculate average salaries and gender pay gaps per role/company
- Provide transparency for job seekers and employees
- Support compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970)
4. Data Storage
Data is stored in encrypted databases hosted within the EU. Individual submissions are never displayed — only aggregated statistics (averages, medians, percentiles).

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to:

- Access information about how your data is processed
