1. About EUPTD.EU

EUPTD.EU is an independent, open-source civic initiative that collects and publishes anonymized salary data to promote pay transparency across the European Union, in alignment with Directive (EU) 2023/970.

2. User Submissions

By submitting salary data, you confirm that:

• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You consent to anonymous publication of aggregated statistics derived from your data
• You understand that individual submissions are never displayed publicly

3. Data Accuracy

EUPTD.EU provides crowdsourced, self-reported data. We do not verify employment records. Statistics are indicative, not legally binding. Official EUPTD reports from companies are clearly marked when available.

4. Company Profiles

Company profiles are generated from publicly available information and user submissions. Companies may claim their profile to manage and respond to data. False claims may result in permanent suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

The EUPTD.EU platform, design, and codebase are open-source. Aggregated salary data is published under Creative Commons CC-BY-4.0. Individual submissions remain anonymous and cannot be attributed.

6. Limitation of Liability

EUPTD.EU is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for decisions made based on the data presented. Always verify compensation information through official channels.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
