    • Job title, experience level, employment type
    • Base salary, bonus, equity percentage
    • Optional: gender, age group, education, company size

    2. What We Do NOT Collect

    • Your name or email address
    • IP address or device fingerprint
    • Cookies for tracking purposes
    • Any personally identifiable information

    3. How We Use Your Data

    Submitted data is aggregated and published anonymously to:

    • Calculate average salaries and gender pay gaps per role/company
    • Provide transparency for job seekers and employees
    • Support compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970)

    4. Data Storage

    Data is stored in encrypted databases hosted within the EU. Individual submissions are never displayed — only aggregated statistics (averages, medians, percentiles).

    5. Your Rights (GDPR)

    Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to:

    • Request deletion of your submission (contact contact@euptd.eu with approximate date and role details)
    • Access information about how your data is processed
    • Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority

    Note: because submissions are anonymous, we may not be able to identify your specific entry without additional context.

    6. Third Parties

    We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party. Data is used exclusively for the purposes described above.
